Youth Ministry

At Grace Covenant, our goal for ministry is guided one overarching question: What are we trying to produce, through the Holy Spirit and the means of grace, in our youth by the time they graduate high school? This is how we answer that question:

We want to produce youth who glorify and enjoy God (Is. 43:7; 48:11; 1 Co. 10:31; Php. 4:4) by loving Him and loving people (Mt. 22:37-40), which is manifested by their growth in grace (2 Pt. 3:17-18; cf. Jn. 14:15), commitment to Christ’s Church through service and fellowship (Ga. 5:13; He. 10:19-25; 1 Pt. 4:10-11), concern for the lost and ability to disciple them (1 Ti. 2:1-4; cf. Col. 4:5-6; 1 Pt. 3:13-16), and establishment in a biblical worldview (2 Ti. 3:16-17).

That is a goal far beyond our ability to accomplish, but we believe that through dependence on the Holy Spirit, the means of grace, partnering with parents, connection with the Church, and much prayer, God will accomplish it.

To do this, we offer several avenues of youth involvement:

  • Middle & High School Youth Group on Sundays from 6-8pm at GCPC (taking off one Sunday per month). We have various events & service projects throughout the year, too! We also have a Youth Group calendar and email list you can join. See Pastor Rollo for more info.

  • Sunday School for Middle Schoolers every Sunday. High Schoolers are encouraged to join an adult Sunday school class.
